The Agri Pro Lawns program is a continuous service from
year to year. We provide regularly scheduled treatments
unless you notify us to stop. Application spacing:
5-8 Weeks
Early Season:
(January/February)
- Pre-emergent spray for control of crabgrass and
other grassy weeds
- Spray for over-wintering broadleaf weeds including
onions and dandelions as needed
Spring:
(March/April)
- Additional pre-emergent spray to extend grassy
weed control throughout the summer
- Spray for broadleaf weeds including chickweed,
clover and henbit as needed
- Fertilization to promote root development
Late Spring:
(April/May)
- Spray for late germinating broadleaf weeds such as
fireweed as well as crabgrass and other grassy weeds
as needed
- Fertilization to enhance root growth and early
green-up
Early Summer:
(June/July)
- Spot treat troublesome weeds such as crabgrass and
nutgrass as needed
- Fertilization to maintain green, healthy turf
Summer:
(August/September)
- Continued control of troublesome weeds such as
crabgrass and nutgrass as needed
- Fertilization to extend color through the end of
summer
Fall:
(October/November)
- Pre-emergent spray for control of winter weeds
- Spray for early germinating broadleaf weeds
including onions, oxalis and spurge
Winter:
(November/December)
- Lime applied to raise soil pH so next year's
fertilization is utilized more effectively
- Broadleaf weed control as needed
